Waiting for a presentation on the new law in NY requiring increased mental health services in Education.
Good news for me yesterday/ saw a Hemotoligist and got an iron infusion after 18 months of low ferritin. What I called 'no mans land' low but not quite low enough. Somebody finally thought it was low enough.

Good Morning! Who is ready to tackle this Friday?!?!? I hope I am. We don't have too much planned for the weekend right now that I know of. My daughter is going to the beach for the day tomorrow with her friend group from church so hubby and I will probably have a date-lunch and just run errands and all that. Peach-love the pics!
QOTD: Oh so many things-lol! The volume on the tv and in the car needs to be at an increment of 5 (so it has to be 5/10/15/20....).

S: Jimmy Dean protein pack (boiled egg/sausge/cheese), carbmaster yogurt, and iced latte bar
D:TJ chile lime chicken burger, mashed cauliflower with butter and shredded cheddar cheese, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
