i've totally put more than one contact in one eye before...one time I thought I had dropped one and couldn't find it, only to figure out it was sort of up inside my eyelid. definitely not comfortable LOL

I was trying to figure how my brand new contact was rubbing my eye something fierce.

Re contacts: I've done that more than once! And, way back when the earth was cooling and I was in high school and college, wearing hard contacts (soft hadn't yet come into being), I once swallowed a pair! I was super tired so lay down for a nap, was too lazy to get up to put my lenses in their case but didn't want to nap with them in. So I put them in my mouth for safe keeping! Woke up an hour later and they were nowhere to be found!

Oh wow, and I bet that was an expensive lesson.

This made me laugh because it's something I would have done.

Good morning! Yesterday we bought DH some new jeans and I splurged on a few new tops for myself as well. It was really nice to buy some things brand new, even if they'll only fit for a short time. I have no issue with thrift, but sometimes new just makes you walk a bit taller. Also, the tops were on sale so I didn't spend anything outrageous ;)

qotd: I'm interested in reading everyone's responses! I'm around 800 for loss on average, I know some days I've gone over, and others I don't even get 600 if I'm feeling particularly apathetic. I do lose slowly, so I've thought about restricting further, but I don't think I'd maintain it for long.

Breakfast: coffee, black today

snack: cucumber slices (about 1/2 C slices) and hummus (1/4 C)

lunch: 4 oz deli turkey, 2 slices of Swiss, 1 pickle spear

dinner: 4 oz salmon on a spinach salad homemade lemon basil vinaigrette

Good morning menu buddies! I was up far too late last night. I didn't get on the treadmill until 11pm. Finished at 12:05am. Went to bed immediately after but still... I am feeling it this morning. Luckily I don't have anything going on except sewing, baseball and errands.

Qotd: I'm not on maintenance yet. But I aim for about 1000 calories most days. Sometimes I come in lower, sometimes higher. I know some would say that is a lot this close to surgery still (approaching 6 months), but I exercise a lot and am super active. Too much less in calories and I really struggle.

Accountability: Good, water was a little low.

Bf: premier protein shake

MS: babybel

L: 1 serving realgood pizza, 4 triscuits

AS: ostrim Turkey stick, protein water

D: 1 serving Turkey Chili, 1 slice Dave's killer bread powerseed thin

A slice of sugar free carbquick cake and 2 T sugar free cool whip.

Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, 1hour treadmill (maybe more), all vitamins
