What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
I totally agree with the food consistency lol it can be really overwhelming to try and come up with 7 days worth of different meals and snacks that all meet calorie, fat, protein, and carb goals 0.0 very time consuming

Good morning! Meeting up with my in-laws to meet at the Omaha Street of Dreams today. Since we'll soon be buying a new house of our own, it's especially fun. Not that any of these houses are remotely in our budget.
qotd: definitely coming here and posting my menu (which makes me think/plan ahead) and tracking in MFP. Also, measuring and weighing my food instead of just trying to eat until I feel full.
Breakfast: coffee and premier
lunch: probably some leftovers. There still might be some pot roast in the fridge or some pesto chicken
dinner is up in the air as his parents might want to go eat since my birthday is Wednesday. If that's the case, I would get to pick and I might pick somewhere I can get a steak, or maybe seafood.

Yes, weighing and measuring are definitely a top thing too - no point in tracking if we don't know how much.
Enjoy the tour. I love doing that sort of thing and watching programs on HGTV to get decorating ideas. Even if you don't have the same space or budget sometimes you can still incorporate some of what you see and make a difference in your home.

Yes, and it's one thing that somewhat gives me anxiety about eating out now. I can scootch what I plan to eat over on my plate and have the rest boxed up, but since I don't carry my food scale everywhere I don't know what I'm tracking. I trchnicallycould bring my scale though, it's small enough to fit in my purse...I'm just not willing to take it that far lol
yes, and there are definitely some ideas I'd love to incorporate into our own house that may be within reason. My favorite so far has been having the laundry right in the walk-in closet. A walk-in closet seems like a dream right now, but to have the laundry right there too? Magic!

I have a wee little addiction to house plans. The most common plan right now seems to be 1/3 kitchen/dining room,1/3 2 beds and a bath, and then 1/3 master bedroom, bath, couple of walk in closets, and master sitting room. To me that's a lot of SF for a master. I love laundries that are right next to that walk in. I wouldn't want to be able to see any laundry from my bedroom.
Have fun at the show. I LOVE those!
You changed your picture, it looks good

Good morning,
I'm going to craft day at church today, we're going to make laundry soap.
Qotd when I'm home I always measured my food and use small plates. When I gained some weight, i reigned in my eating to lose it. Coming here almost every day and planning my food for the day. When I was having a problem with binge eating, reaching out for help.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese, and pork and beans
L not sure, they offered lunch at craft day but i just got done eating breakfast. If i don't, I'll have my usual tuna, cottage cheese and baby carrots.
D some meatloaf and rotisserie chicken and corn on the cob.
Have a good day
