I am going back to my old job and I am already annoyed at thinking that I am going to have to recreate all of that stuff... so annoying!
I return to work Monday and I had not given any thought to my "stuff" missing. I hope mine iscatill there, after reading about your issues, I sure don't want to have to recreate my files, etc. Sorry you are having to deal with that after a good vacation.

hi all
not much here - had a dr appt yesterday morning- worked offsite to make up hours, gym, then came home.
had pizza toppings on romaine last night for dinner then tried protein fluff for the first time, it was yummy. I added cottage cheese on it.
weight is staying exactly the same which is annoying but at least I've stopped gaining. now to figure out why im not losing. I can see a major difference in muscle tone so maybe I need to just chill and go with it for a bit.
Food for today:
leftover pork
coffee with mct
water
coffee
protein pancakes
not sure on dinner yet.
QOTD: I would say I would lose hands before ability to walk. Walking would be the core of my exercise/health so would be hard without it.
I know it is frustrating to not be at the weight you'd like, but you really look great and fit!

WTH is protein fluff?
I am probably the only person from MA who will admit that I think marshmallow fluff is nasty, so this does not sound appealing, but I am curious nonetheless!
something I saw on one of the keto boards- protein powder, milk, xantham gum and ice in the blender. like a shake but the xantham gum thickens it to where you can freeze it or eat it like a puffy shake.
saw someone els edid some thing with heavy whipping cream also and gelatin but haven't tried that one too much

Bummer about the weather forecast...I hope it holds out. That keeps happening to me, too. We hosted a big party a few weekends ago and the day before it was 88 and sunny. The day of the party was 58 and raining. Gah!
