9 months
9 months! In just 9 months I have lost 108 pounds from my highest weight and 88 pounds since surgery! I met with my primary doctor and he said he will always treat me as a diabetic, which means check ups every 6 months. My a1c dropped from 5.9 to 5.4 in 3 months but over all my health is 110% better than before surgery! And did I mention that the only meds I take are vitamins/supplements?!?!?!
