Yeah that can't be "real" weight but it's crazy to fluctuate that much. I haven't done that much bouncing since pre-op days. I'd freak out!
I've always fluctuated quite a bit, and I'm hoping the amount I swing will decrease as I do? I'm just finding it stressful and inconvenient that I'm swinging upward right in time for a weigh-in :P that's just cruel!

Good morning JB and menu crew and If daisy doo is reading - thinking of you too! Here is some extra mojo for the job front JB! Such a beautiful evening last night, I did not end up going running, I did yard work and went through six bags of mulch and 10 bags of river rock, so did get alot of exercise. Then we grilled some Boneless ribeyes, so good!!!
Accountability was spot on.
QOTD - Ideal day off would include a nice home cooked breakfast to start and then a hike up a mountain.

hi all
couldn't sleep last night (Re: gas) so went downstairs to not to harm others with odors. didn't weigh this morning will do it tomm. Need more time to get some things out of my body lol.
I went to get a coffee, home depot, gym, walmart, home depot, then home. I did stop by and get this awesome spring water from the natural spring in town so I have 2 gallons of yummy goodness to drink.
QOTD: sleeping in- and shopping of course!! and tons of coffee!

I have to go to my friends apartment to wait for the section 8 inspector to come because she is in Florida. Hope he comes early.
My mouth feels pretty good this morning. The oral surgeon did a good job, I only had to use was Tylenol for pain.
My depression is better also. It feels like the fog has been lifted.
I did end up eating dinner last night at support group and having a snack.
Qotd I don't do much due to financial reasons but I do go to the beach and bike ride during the summer.
