I drank about a half cup of orange juice just in case it was low blood sugar (i haven't had orange juice since my surgery three years ago!). It did go away after awhile, so maybe it was blood sugar related - not sure. But I'm going to do those exercises just in case - they certainly wouldn't hurt anything!

Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 4 miles in and will do more after supper. I'll get at least 10,000 steps in somewhere. QOTD can't think of anything off hand as I tend to buy what's cheapest and have very little brand loyalty. Hubby says I'm a tightwad but I prefer calling myself frugal. Post op 5 years 8 months and weight at 118.4 today. Accountability was spot on with no extra bites. Hetes the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots S meat sauce on zoodles S 4 T hummus 6 baby carrots. Have a great day all and make some smart and conscious choices. Now it's time to find some coffee!

Yesterday and today were/are amazing, 70s in Arizona in May!!! It heads back up starting tomorrow and 100+ by weekend but I am so enjoying it now!

i had my 3 month surgeon review yesterday, he's very pleased with my progress, my meal plans, how well the restriction is working, and I'm cleared for all activities, no restrictions!!

QOTD: bite beauty made a cinnamon lip oil that I lovered! I had tubes of it everywhere and I still periodically send the emails begging them to bring it back!

Accountability was good, I need to up my excel isle game now that I can!

Hello all... I see the sun or at least I think it is the sun! I am sitting in a meeting daydreaming about being in it. I have tomorrow off and I hear it is going to rain but that is ok I have another iron infusion and my two year appointment with my bariatric team and then I HAVE!! to find a dress for my daughters graduation she has told me I am not allowed to wear something she has seen me in before.

QOTD: Golly another tough one JB cause I got nothing! I really can not think of any product that I have really attached myself to.

Food for the day:

B: Bacon and cheese stick

L: Turkey and cottage cheese

D: pork and veggies.

Well I guess I should go and pay attention to my meeting! Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning! Our weather has been pretty nice here too, although a tad too warm in my opinion for this weekend as we might be over 90F.

Accountability: I was hungry in the afternoon so I added cashews and some peanut cluster bar to my snack.

QOTD: There was a bath and body scent I loved awhile back, I don't remember the name exactly but something like honeysuckle and they discontinued it.

Time since surgery: 3 years 8 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Ranch tuna packet, low carb pita and Carbmaster yogurt

D: Cloud eggs, turkey bacon and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1173 Protein:126 Carbs:70 Fat:50

One of my all time favoeites is Wild Honeysuckle. It's a retired scent but I do stock up during the semi annual sale.

Good morning JB and OHER'S...our temperature is supposed to be in the mid 60,s today... and no rain! That's practically a reward in my territory.

QOTD...the only thing I can think of is a stain remover stick for clothing that actually works! and I can't remember the name of it... it was one of those Amway products... I've tried sprays and sticks of cleaners...not working...and it's just greasy/oil (like salad dressing or bacon) on t-shirts kind of stain...

All mornings start with coffee, cream,fiber and vitamins

B 2 hb eggs

L 3oz creamy chicken

D 4oz spaghetti meat sauce w/fresh mozzarella

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!

Cool and cloudy here today.

QOTD: Hershey's Lite Chocolate syrup. My Walmart used to carry it but now they don't. I can order it online from Walmart or drive an hour to the next closest town, which does carry it. It's 50% less calories than regular Hershey's syrup. (They carry a Sugar Free Hershey's syrup, but that one tastes horrible). I like to put a few drops of the Lite syrup on each bite of banana that I eat. My daughter likes Blistex DCT lip balm and we can't find that any more, either.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 142, Calories - 1,390, Carbs - 140.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: church ladies' luncheon at the Senior Center, not sure what's on menu, but will choose wisely

D: Healthy Choice turkey meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: taking Blossom for a walk around the subdivision

yea that Hershey's SF syrup is horrible. You'd think will all the decent artificial sweeteners they have now, they could make a SF syrup that tasted somewhat similar to the original. Baffling...

Today is going to be s good day. It's sunny and 70's in the PNW. I'm off today, so I'm hoping to do some yard work. My son graduates from high school and we are having s party at our home.

I'm having some anxiety about seeing people and my weight loss. My daughter told me that I need to practice smiling, saying thank you, that I don't owe anyone an explanation. It's odd, I feel like I hidvwhen I was obese and I find myself hiding now that the weight is off.

My plan for today is-

3 ounces taco meat scrambled with 1 egg

1/2 c cottage cheese and 2 slices tomato

chomps

grilled halibut

lots of water and mint tea, vitamins already started.

Be kind to yourself today??
