Oh yum! My mom recently made cauliflower buffalo bites and they were good. But in that case...I'd rather just eat chicken lol.

Good morning menu folks! Another lovely day on tap here with temps near 90 and higher tomorrow. I used to dread summer's heat but I am really curious about whether I will be more comfortable now since I have been freezing for months. I plan to do another long walk at lunch and I have my gear with me to go to Aqua Zumba tonight. I really enjoy class.
QOTD: the buyer for our TJs seems to go through phases with products. I will find one that meets my picky standards and then it isn't there any more. At least they brought the Mahi burgers back!
Menu:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, chicken breast
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake, almonds
Lunch: fish, salad
Snack: turkey breast, apple, almonds
Dinner: probably more turkey since it will be late when I get home
Exercise: short and long walks, Aqua Zumba

I live the Mahi burgers! I am looking forward to those on the grill again this summer. MMMM!

Ugh me too! I used to live 5 minutes away from one, now it's 35 minutes to the nearest one. It's literally the only thing I don't love about living with my Grim :)
"Living with my Grim" is the funniest thing I have read all day!
I am 20+ minutes from one now too, being in the burbs. It's depressing. When I was living in downtown DC, I could walk there in 15 minutes or drive in 5! I have a list of things to get - I love their Dover Sole from the frozen section, as well as the riced cauliflower. I remember a few months back there was a thread on people's favorites from Trader Joes! I should have bookmarked it!

I also have a very limited amount of space in our shared freezer because he buys approximately 76,58,928,468,290 steaks at a time when the go on sale. But since he uses 0% of the fridge, I try to eat fresh and let him take up the freezer space. But TJs has so many yummy freezer goodies! It's probably good that I don't go every day anymore...I don't have space!
