What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
Good morning all.. Today is our last day in DC. We are watching the matinee this afternoon and then driving half way home. Last nights show was just as wonderful I am still amazed at all this talent. I cried at the closing number and I can't imagine what I will be like today, I'm glad I will not be there tonight because there are a couple of her classmates who start crying every time which is what gets me so emotional. So sad that this is all over for her.
QOTD: When I was kid we moved once on my 7th birthday we moved from an apartment to the house my dad still lives in today. I moved a few times in my early twenties into apartments and when Emily was young my husband and I rented a house but when Emily was 7 we bought the house we live in now. We are also discussing purchasing my mother in laws house in Port Charlotte, FL so when we retire we can winter there. I like the house but don't love it but the price is right.
My food for the day is who know. So far I have had coffee and a yogurt from the continental breakfast.
I hope everyone has a great day....

Morning RNY'ers!! It my official surgiversary and I'm walking on top of the world. Weighed in at 211- took a 6.5 mile run and dug some more on my retaining wall project. I'm heading to Home Depot in a few to buy most of the supplies. I'll see what I can get done this weekend. No other plans.
Qotd: never moved growing up. My parents moved once I was out of the house (I am the baby.) when I married we were in an apartment and bought our house when I was expecting my 2nd. Initially we didn't plan on staying here long- but it just makes sense to especially after we've invested so much sweat equity. I want us to keep this place and buy a vacation/retirement home in a few years.
3 years out, 211 today
m1: protein shake
n2: egg, bacon
m3: salmon

Hello weekenders!
The new food find at Costco is Miltons frozen cauliflower crust pizza. It's really good or at as good as frozen pizza gets. I'll eat half a pie and that's abt 450 cals/ 25 grams protein/ 10 grams sugar and 55 carbs. Not amazing numbers but this is pizza. The crust gets nice and crisp.
QOTD: I'm lucky enough to have a rent controlled apartment in NYC and this October will mark 20 years here. I haven't lived in a house in 30 years. Moved a lot as a kid and a young adult. My next move could be my last.

I saw the Avengers yesterday (I took a very long lunch) and snuck my yogurt and treated myself to a decadent flavor...but as I was sitting there I thought to myself they need a popcorn yogurt like the popcorn jelly bellys.

Happy Saturday everyone!!
My busy saturday is off to a good start -- I actually slept until 6:30 which is late for me! Yay for sleeping in! We are working until about midnight tonight but I can sneak in some errands and activities in between -- technology is my friend!
QOTD -- i have moved 19 times, my parents had restless feet so we moved a lot when I was a kid but my dad made us stay in one spot for my 4 years in high school, and then I have their restless trends - I've been in my current house for 5 years this month and it's the longest I've been in one spot as an adult. Most of my moves are the pick up, move cross country type which I also got from my parents -- they did south side of Chicago to rural florida to rural colorado (and back and forth a few times); I've done Colorado to Montana to the Gulf Coast back to Colorado to Miami to Colorado and now in Phoenix and always various places in each location! I am hoping my next move will be back to Colorado and it will be my final one!
Accountability: perfectly on track. I almost added an extra cheese stick about 11 last night but just had some extra water instead!
Menu: i'm making my favorite Italian Roast in the crockpot today so that will be dinner, I can't wait!
B - Coffee + PP
S - Coffee + PP
L - Egg bite
D - 3 oz roast beef shreeded with 1 oz pepperoncini and a slice of cheddar cheese
Totals: 544 Calories, 63 Protein and 10 carbs

Good morning! Tut tut it looks like rain here. It's not raining yet, but it's definitely grey and my body aches are telling me we're going to get some rain today. We definitely need it to settle all of the dust though, so I am not complaining.
No big plan today, just going with the flow.
accoubtability: not awesome, but waaay better than it's been the last few weeks.
qotd: I think I've moved 4 times since I was born. Really want to make it 5 times but the universe is working against me on that right now. Can't force it, I guess :-/
menu is up in the air but I am going to track evvvverything and try to make great choices.
happy Saturday, everybody!
