Hi gang,

Sorry I've been missing. Wednesday night my friends grandson spent the night and yesterday i woke up with a cold but.I was busy.

Yesterday I only ate 2 meals instead of 3.

Qotd yes, one time at a senior housing apartment, where i took care of elderly gentleman. They got it going in 10 minutes.

This is what I'm planning because my cold is worse today.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L cottage cheese, tuna and honeycrisp apple

D chicken sausage, green beans and jello salad
