Howdy,
Been under enormous stress and trying to stay compliant. Weight still coming off and expecting to be in the 150's tomorrow!
QOTD: I am a hellion and take no Sh#%$T kinda person. I could never sit back and take any kind of abuse. And I am from NY , hot tempered Puerto Rican /Italian. This is not a combination of complacency or tolerance. However, my superpower is that people like me overall and generally I have a good heart and share everything with people about my life.
Food for the day:
Coffee with fairlife
Protein shake Isopure banana
Lunch: Chicken, salad
Snack: Cheese maybe?
Dinner: Not sure but some form of meat and veggie
Low carb yogurt
