Beginning to have a hard time

I can't eat whit meat chicken or turkey but I can eat dark meat. I love boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Can you handle protein broth just for a little variety? Maybe you can find something tolerable to put in it and make a soup r stew. The only bone broth I like is the Kitchen Basics. I think Pacific brand is gross!

Have you tried ground chicken, just as a twist? I find that the fact that it's ground meat gives it a different taste and texture. Since it's still chicken, it should still agree with you, and give you at least a new option until you are able to identify other foods that work for you.

I still have a really hard time with most meat. The easiest things for me to get down are fish and other seafood. I've been eating a lot of it. I feel your frustration. I would love to have a burger or piece of chicken, but I just have to take a few bites and I know it's not going to work out. Hopefully, we will both be able to eat more variety as time goes on.
