Good morning everyone! I have not posted much lately because of my crazy work schedule, so I am getting up earlier so I can get on here.

QOTD- I love spring!! I love working in the yard. I am ready.

My husband went away for a night at the beach and it was wonderful. We literally woke up Sunday morning and decided to go. I loved our time away. He and my son are headed back next Sunday for crabbing. Just in time for AMAW. I am so ready for it.

My weight has been stable in the 170's. I am in a size 8. I am determined to get the last 20 lbs off and get to my goal of 150. I contacted a plastic surgeon for a consult. I am not sure I will go through with surgery, I just want to gather information and see my options.

Food for today-

B-3 oz black forest ham, 1 egg and 1 oz light motz

L-2 chicken skewers, sliced tomato

S-chomps

D-Taco meat scramble ( 3 oz meat, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp cheddar, 1 Tbsp sour cream,)

I really need to focus on water today. Have a great day!

Glad you're feeling better.

Accountability: Much better, but still room for improvement.

L: 3 oz. baked ham, cheese stick

S: 1/2 c LnF, 1T PB2, 1/2 scoop PB protein powder

E: 3 mile walk after work w/DH before the pizza/sub shop

Surgery Date June 3, 2016

HW: 329 W at first consult 290. SW 238, LW 128, CW 139

Good Morning! I am so glad that you're feeling better.

Accountability: I should have just went to bed..... I ate a banana and protein bar before though.

QOTD: Probably a tie between Fall and Spring. I love Fall with the color changes and for all the reasons you mentioned but Spring is a close second with all the blooming flowers and puffy clouds in a bright blue sky.

Time since surgery: 3 years 6 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Buffalo chicken dip on low carb pita, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts

I poke some holes in the squash and microwave the whole squash for about 7 mins (just enough so I can cut it in half easier). Once cut in half, scoop out the seeds and stringy stuff (think like carving a pumpkin). I dab some olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper-place the halves upside down on a foil lined cookie sheet and roast for about 45 mins at 400 degrees. Then I pull out of the oven and let it cool slightly, once cool enough I use a fork to scrape the strands into a 13X9 dish. on top of the strands I put Alfredo sauce, chicken (either shredded, grilled or canned) and top with mozzarella cheese and seasonings (sometimes with crumbled bacon). Then just bake in the oven at around 375 for about 1/2 an hour or so--basically until everything is melted together and gooey and yummy. I typically eat of the casserole fresh for a few days then freeze it in individual portions for later meals. Sorry if I missed anything...heading to a meeting but wanted to reply real quick :)

Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 4 miles done and I'll do another mile before supper. Accountability was good yesterday with no extra bites and exercise done. QOTD definetely fall as I love hiking through the fall woods and sitting in front of a campfire. Posp op 5 years 6 months and weight at 119.2 today. Going to the inlaws this evening to spend time with our oldest son and cleaning in the camper today. Heres the eats B 1/2 csteel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c leftover cauliflower D 1/2 c sloppy joe meat and 1/2 c lettuce mix with ranch dressing S 5 oz cottage cheese. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!
