Hi everyone! How are you all? Today is a better day for me. No headache and my back is better. Thank you for all your well wishes!

Accountability: spot on! After my eating debacle on the weekend it was good to be back on plan. Is everyone ready for AMAW/CAMAW next week, I am so ready!

QOTD: Are you Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter? Please share why. I am for sure Fall or Winter or both. I love the smell of Fall, the cool crispness in the air, the sweaters, high boots and Thanksgiving. I love winter because I love snow. Being a Canadian its in my blood to love snow (as well as Maple Syrup LOL LOL). But I do love all winter sports and being out in the snow ,plus there is nothing better than the smell of a wood burning fire and of course and I love Christmas.

So glad you are feeling better today. I woke up feeling nauseous, which is really rare for me. Not sure why--I hope it passes after I have some coffee.

Accountability: Back to 100% on plan.

QOTD: I love everything about summer! I love hot weather, I love the ocean, I love water sports, I love long days, and I love entertaining outside! I was a summer camp kid and I think summer just brings back all of the wonderful memories of adventure and fun :)

hi all and daisy!

Things are going ok here- weight same even though been pushing liquids like crazy and logging food the past 2 days. Keeping it up though.

Latest here is that the ho****er heater died last night. to add to the issue and now have mysterious water in the prep kitchen area coming up under tile. plumbers coming back out this morning along with the serve pro type people to estimate damage. we for sure will be cancelled after this from allstate.

QOTD: I still love fall the best however since RNY love spring and even summer. I think it is because I stay so cold the summer actually feels so good!

Food for today:

baked chicken (either as lunch or dinner as indian chicken) not sure yet

aidells chicken patty (these are sooo good)

jello concoction

coffee

coffee

crystal light

dinner will either be the above mentioned indian chicken with curry culi and spinach or pot roast
