What's in your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning Daisy and Menu Fam! Daisy I hope you're feeling better today. My hubby has been sick since last week and I'm really hoping I don't catch it. Chelsie has exams starting this week and she is also very determined not to catch.
Accountability was decent this weekend. Not that the scale is reflecting that. I'm up to 166.1 today but I think constipation is playing a part in that.
QOTD: I've never really thought about that but I would be a deep pink. I just looked it up and the colour I'm thinking about is either Blush or Jazzberry Jam- but jazzberry jam sounds more fun so that's what I'm going with. Pink is my favourite colour!
Menu:
B: Cafe Latte Shakeology
S: Plain Skyr yogurt with salted caramel sugar free syrup
L: Meaty spaghetti sauce with cheese
D: Not sure yet. We have pork roast left from yesterday so I may look up some recipes to use that up
I'm very proud to say that I already have my workout done today. Leaving it to the evenings wasn't really working for me so I'm going back to mornings. I have to say I feel great! So energized.
Have a wonderful day everyone!
RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

Teena, I know what you mean about waiting until later to exercise. It is the hardest thing for me about going to deep water aerobics after work and in the dark. I can convince myself that I don't want to go back out again!

Good morning Daisy and Menu crew - Daisy I hope you are feeling better, I am fortunate that I do not get migraines, I have had some bad sinus headaches so I can only imagine what migraines must be like. Weekend was good, Joddie and I went to the gym on Friday and Saturday and went out to dinner both evenings. Texas Roadhouse on Friday night and Mainely Lobster on Saturday night , a locally owned restaurant that travels to Maine 3 x times a week for fresh seafood, I had broiled haddock, yummy!
Accountability was great this weekend, I have been on a good run so I measured some skinny popcorn for a snack last night!
QOTD - Fire Engine Red - if there is such a color. I like Fire trucks, my favorite are the chicago style with the Black roof on the cab of the truck. The Rouses Point FD has our trucks painted that way.
menu - is going well. I am losing weight and inches in every area but my biceps ( they are growing). My workouts have been intense, i did not realize how much I was not doing. I was always focused on cardio and not my legs as they are naturally strong and defined. I even used an ab machine that I have not used in the 3 years I ahve been a member at the gym...LOL
Stay healthy my friends, Mike

Rouses Point is such a gorgeous area! Love the Champlain Lake! Drove through there all the time...daily for a long time...when my DH was in Burlington Hospital.

Rouses Point is a great little village. We are so lucky to have the Lake, the Mountains and Montreal is only an hour away!
