Lettuce never sits well with me- even before surgery. I have a spiralizer and I love spiralizer cucumber in place of lettuce. :)

Sorry to hear you were sick yesterday Daisy. When I was younger I had migraines so I know how debilitating they are. Luckily mine stopped when I had my boys. Hope today is better for you. QOTD I would be a blue violet crayon. Purple and blue are definetely my favorite colors. See how I used the 64 color box so I could combine the two--I hate making choices if I don't have to. That drives my hubby crazy! Accountability was good as I was gone most of the day. Lily and I did get our 4 miles in outside even though it felt like 12 and was snowing. When it gets light here we'll see how far she will go today in the 11/2 accumulation we got. I will get in 5 miles total somewhere today. Heres the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chilli with cheese D 31/2 oz pork patty 1/2 c carrots S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added strawberry jam. Have a great day everyone and make smart and conscious choices that move you toward your goals!

I had 4 layers of clothes on but we got our 4 miles done. Temp is dropping now and the wind is picking up and tossing the snow around. Lily loves it--she jumped,hopped and twirled the whole time we were out and tramped right through the drifts. Me--not so much but it felt great to get it done. Tomorrow will be the stinking treadmill as the windchill won't be above -3 tomorrow.

My beagles used to love jumping in the snow and burrowing their noses in it to snuffle around!

So sorry about your migraine, Daisy. They are awful!

Still bitter cold here in Nebraska. I'll be so glad when Winter is over!

QOTD: I love ALL the colors, but if I have to choose one, the first color that came to my mind was sky blue.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 106, Calories - 1,185, Carbs - 93.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: chicken enchiladas suiza
