Crystal light ideas
Hi All. I am on my pre op diet and I'm allowed crystal light. Do you think I could just put some ice in the blender and put some crystal light in it and count it as a drink?

Sounds like a great idea. Or make crystal light popsicles, get those molds to make a popsicle from the dollar store and experiment.
