Just curious about your sugar experience

I've had plenty of lattes and so far I've not had any RH type reaction, but I imagine it doesn't mean I won't in the future... I actually just gave up my lattes last week because of the carbs. I've read about your experiences and I see what you go through-so many factors go into a reaction. It's scary!

Yes, I've had dairy - milk, yogurt, no fruit though. I was really referring to deserts type things- cake, candy and the like that I see people post about eating. I'm just curious about everyones experiences. Not interested in testing any theories!

I have to be very careful about sugar alcohols - I can handle things that have artificial sweetener like splenda or truvia....but anything with sugar alcohols in it sends me straight to what I like to call 'bathroom hell'

I agree - sugar is the issue, but the possibility of getting violently ill is quite a deterrent for me!
