QOTD: I have an Amazon membership along but that is about it.
Food:
Protein shake and lots of coffee 130 calories 30 grams protein
Lunch: 2 ounces of ham and cheese stick 17 grams protein 110 calories
Snack: 1 ounce ham and cheese 12 grams protein 110 calories
Bag of protein chips 130 calories 21 grams protein
Dinner: 3 ounce hamburger with cheddar, a small green salad with cucumbers and a couple spoonfuls of spaghetti squash 250 calories 25 grams protein
730 calories 105 grams protein and carbs less than 10, all vits and water
