hi babsinger. wow I am in almost the exact same place as yo9u. I so much want that MORMALCY BUT I JUST CAN YET. I HAD THE GASTRICSLEEVE. LAST DEC AND LOST 50 RIGHT AWAY AND HAVE BEEN ON A STEADY 215 FOR SEVERAl months. in the last month I went up 7lbs. I also am so upset over it but I like you am determined to not let all this change what is my goal. I am back on a yoqurt diet.please send me an email and let me know how you are doing. maybe we could hold each other accdountable. [email protected]

A diet of liquids or soft foods won't do you any good to get back on the proverbial wagon. Skip the yogurt and protein shakes and go straight to the standard recommended high-protein, low-carb diet.

No, I think Julie means you should skip the liquid and eat dense protein. It will fill you up and keep you satisfied longer than yogurt or protein shakes. Absolutely no need to add carbs.

Nope, no carbs. When losing, most people try to stay at under 25g per day.

Hi, I am back on track and dropped 4 of the 6. Hopefully by week end, I can go back to losing again. Most of it was water weight, insufficient liquids, not necessarily overeating but I ate much more than I should have.
