I have lost 100lbs!

Congrats!!

I am brand new here as of about 5 min ago and this is the first post I read. Huge congrats to you and your success. I have been wondering how people count weight loss, like just loss after surgery or pre-op diet and loss after surgery. I started the optifast program Aug 1 and had surgery on Oct 31. now Im at 95lb down and so looking forward to hitting a hundred lb mark. Once again congrats and keep up the amazing work.
