What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Happy Thursday morning to you menu folks! It is cool here this morning and I got to wear a new sweater since I needed the warmth. I find that I am cold alot of the time since surgery, and I have to wear much warmer clothes than I did. I like the cold, but I am tolerating it less.
QOTD: I plan to do some hiking again this weekend. I would like to go on a more challenging hike, but that will probably have to wait until next weekend. We are also going to a local Halloween event on Saturday night, which I am looking forward to.

I've never tried any of their products, but was thinking of getting some. I am a bit weirded out by "food" which has "no calories - no carbs". Seems kinda sci-fi to me, like Frankenfood, despite the bucolic company name. But I'll probably try it anyway at some point!
I had written a bunch but deleted it. oh well.
QOTD: today we are going out to lunch. DH won free lunch for up to 6 people at a steak burger joint with frozen custard. I will have a burger patty with extra lettuce and a few bites of frozen custard. Tomm I have counseling session (new person) and meeting to sell a lady some chairs. I am trading one of my purses with another lady for a coach bag, i wasn't wanting to keep the kooba so off it goes! new bag for me! yay Saturday I'm supposed to run the 5k but it is supposed to rain all day. I only ran about .25 miles last night- the wind and cold really got to me and had to turn around! guess i need to wear a hoodie from now on!I'm also volunteering for yoga class saturday. if the rain is too bad i will just do the yoga and not the run.
food for today:
hamburger patty
coffee
leftover curry goat
not sure what else!
Good luck on your 5K!
