What's on your Monday Menu RNYers?
Good morning everyone!
QOTD: What's happening in your house for Halloween? Any trick or treaters? Our youngest said this is his last year and he's decided to be a knight - so I have to get busy. I made one for our oldest son a few years ago but I didn't keep it. My work usually does something for Halloween so we will see. If they do, I might dress up.
Accountability: the weekend was pretty good.
Menu:
B: Fried egg with cheese and bacon
L: I was not prepared this morning so I will see what the cafeteria has on the menu today.
D: Gizzards! Lol- Hillary- I made them on Saturday and I'm the only one in my house that will eat them. Made them in the instant pot. We have leftover beef stew and pork ribs in the fridge too so the kids can have that.
S: Greek yogurt
weight today was 168.2 :)
vitamin patches are on and my extra vitamins are in my bag.
Today stsrts no more excuses on exercise so I will be doing my workout later. Haven't decided which one yet though.

Congratulations! Sometimes I think making a big change in what you eat reaps rewards for extra days even after you stop. I can't check my weight (BIL in scale room).
Speaking of which, I was going to either post the spreadsheet of results (or send it to you for posting) tomorrow to give non-weekenders today to report in. What do you think?
