Calling all AMAW/CAMW PARTICIPANTS!
Yeah I'm almost 5'7, but I round down to 5'6 for BMI.
And you sound like you're super close! Yay you've got this!
Woohoo! Congrats on beating obesity! I weigh a similar weight but must be a lot shorter as I have another 9 Lbs to go before I can leave obesity behind.

Thanks! I'm 5'7 ish (not quite, but close). But I round down to 5'6 for BMI.
9 pounds is sooo close! You can do it.
Hi. Thanks for running this program. I did eat a few more vegetables than planned, but not much. Otherwise all was within guidelines. Down 3.4 since Sunday.

Good morning! Thank you so much for organizing the challenge and daily thread. This was my second challenge, the first one I cheated by day 2. This time I stuck with it and stayed 100% compliant. I lost most of my weight in the first few days of the challenge. I should have stayed off the scale until this morning:-)
Weight before challenge-181.0, after challenge-177.5, total weight loss for CAMAW-3.5
The challenge put me back on track. It made me very aware of my problem with grazing and not logging every bite into MFP. I have been bouncing between 170-181 for 6 months or so. I have been in complete denial and have blamed my long stall on 2 surgeries in 6 months. The CAMAW/AMAW challenge pulled me out of denial and pointed right to my grazing.
I have made the decision to keep eating CAMAW until Thanksgiving. The only thing I am going to change is adding a few veggies.
Thank you Teena and Liz!(edited to add Liz:-)
Teena and Liz,
Thank you both for organizing this challenge. I really needed this challenge to get me back in touch with my tool and recommit to the program. Between the intestinal distress and CAMAW, I managed to lose 7.0 lbs!

I was sure that I had posted but don't see it here, strange! Anyway, many thanks to Teena and Liz for organizing this AMAW/CAMAW week! You guys are the best!
For me this week was easy, because I have eaten CAMAW since I was able to have real food again. Other than very occasional SF popsicles, very occasional refried beans, and occasional almond/cashew milk in tea, I stick to CAMAW. Not sure if I could go the whole straight meat route though!
The scale is finally moving again ever since I upped my water consumption, hooray! Since weighing in on Monday morning, I have lost 3.2 pounds. I'll take it, gladly!
Have a wonderful weekend, everybody!
