I was struggling with CAMAW and feeling deprived (which inevitably gets me into eating trouble), so I'm going to drop out. But I'll be cheering the rest of you on!

QOTD: the farthest travels from home is on my honeymoon to St. Thomas. We left on a cruise from Puerto Rico.

Howdy Everyone!!

QOTD: Hey, I own a travel agency so you all need to book your trips with me! LOL Can't advertise here but you all know how to reach me on OH if you are planning your next vacation.!!!!! The longest trip I have had was going to Singapore this year from Atlanta. Its a long long trip. There are no direct flights and it is directly on the opposite side of the world. It took more than 24 hours to get there but I stopped in Houston before getting on a flight to Singapore.

I am eating mostly meat and very few carbs:

Protein shake 1 1/4 scoops 30 grams protein and 150 calories

Hamburger with 1/2 ounce of cheese 27 grams protein and 190 calories

Chicken thigh with mushrooms and 1/3 ounce cheese 225 calories and 26 grams protein

Probably a SF jello

Calories: 565 plus crystal lite calories of 25 for a total of 580 64 ounces water carbs less than 10
