Hello Meat Lovers,

QOTD: I travel abroad with my high school musicians every other year so I've been to many places in Europe: Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Greece... and the list goes on. One day I'd actually like to travel with family as opposed to teenagers... haha

Accountability: I'm sticking to my plan and doing well.

Hump day for our meat week How is everyone doing? The reason I love doing meat week is because it helps me with those nasty carbs I was slowly let creep in. Why oh why do I do it? The first few days are so bad, seriously like a drug withdraw. Hang tough everyone!!!!

Breakfast - eggs and bacon

Lunch - salmon

Snack - premiere protein drink

Dinner - steak

Cheese will find it's way in my tummy some where at some time LOL

Ugh, this morning. I woke up late, and forgot half my life at home. I forgot: my office key; my afternoon snack; my vitamins; my shoes for the gym. Then when I got to Starbucks, only one of their espresso machines was working, so mobile order was a bust (first world problems, right?)

Accountability: I had a bs low right before bed so I ate some peanut butter that wasn't planned. I was under cals all day, so it didn't cause too much damage and allowed me to sleep through the night.

TQOTD: In 2008 I spent 3 weeks traveling through Israel. Distance wise that's probably the furthest I've gone.

My plan:

B: 4 slices of bacon

L: Leftover NY Strip steak (I didn't have time to measure so I have the whole hunk o' beef with me. Maybe I'll portion it out so I have some for lunch and snack)

D: Tri Tip

S: SF latte, apparently NY Strip steak (or cheese, I always have cheese)

E: It's TRX night

Woke up with a sore throat today, and it just keeps getting worse as the day goes on, so I guess I won't be doing my usual hike for a couple of days. I'll stay home and get a quilt done that I'm doing as a sample for an upcoming class.

Weight yesterday: 155.4, today, 155.2

Time since surgery, 2 years, 2 months

QOTD: My hubs and I have travelled to Europe a few times, including Spain, England, St. Petersburg Russia, Italy, France, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Germany and Belgium. We LOVE to travel, but the flights to Europe are getting harder and harder to sit through, so may not go back. Cruising is our favorite mode of transportation, so will, we hope, continue that for the rest of our lives.

Accountability: 100% on plan, so I hope I can stay that way.

B: 3 string cheeses, not hungry for anything else

L: tuna with cheddar cheese melted on top

S: plain Greek yogurt

D: hamburger patty with 2 kinds of cheese

S: Homemade beef jerky

V: cone

E: none while I feel like crap

W: already at 50 ounces, plenty more to come

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Late post! I've been really busy the past few days so I'm just going to do my menu again.

  1. Protein Coffee
  2. egg drop/bone broth soup
  3. Babel cheese
  4. Fage yogurt (I did add some raspberry extract)
  5. Either 2 or 4 oz chicken
  6. Bone broth
  7. cheese whisps (help im addicted)

Total: 606 calories, 72g protein, 28g fat, 11g carb

Good morning!

QOTD-The farthest I have traveled from home would be from the west coast(Washington) to the east coast(Connecticut) for vacation. Sadly I have not traveled out of the U.S.(except Canada:-) but plan to do so in the future, hopefully London.

Day #3 CAMAW-100% accountability

B-plain Greek yogurt w/2tsp SF lemon pudding mix

L-Vanilla protein shake

S-Chai tea and string cheese

D-Turkey burger and cottage cheese

W/V-vits on track, need to increase fluids

E-Walk the dog

Hi all,

OH just ate my longish post and I don't have time to rewrite. So briefly:

Furthest travel - Europe

first: Protein drinki

B: Bbq pulled chicken, 2 oz.

L: tilapia, 2 oz.

D: Same as breakfast

I have a bone density scan scheduled for Saturday.

I have an order for blood work - the big one

I was approved for COFFEE! YAY!

I know! They cleared me for 3 8-ounce cups per week. I could easily drink that in one day! But I'll be good. I am ridiculously excited about it!
