What's on your Wednesday Menu RNYers? AMAW/CAMAW Day 3!
on 10/18/17 7:39 am
Good morning ~ It's only Wednesday, but that is better than Monday! I sometimes wish I could work from home, but it's just not for me. I need structure, routine and separation. Rob loves it and says he is way more productive at home. I would procrastinate like crazy and think of a million things I needed to do around the house to avoid working, lol.
QOTD - I've traveled from CA and New England and back many times over the years - driving and flying. I have yet to go further, but cannot wait to go across the pond!
Accountability - good, on plan
10 mo post op - 170.7 - still above Monday am weight by .2 - whatever
b-black coffee -meh, SB trenta passion tea, beef jerky
l- grilled chicken
d-meatballs w/SF BBQ sauce
v/l - on track
e-gym cardio/weights
Have a great day

I found over the years that the trick to working at home is to have an "office" - a place where when you sit there you are "at work" (if you ever do anything else there other than perhaps bills it won't function properly). My first "office" was a desk in the middle of the family room. My others have been a desk in a spare bedroom. Once I sit down at that designated desk, I am "at work".

True, I could see that...but I actually see myself procrastinating by doing urgent things: like cleaning the oven, dusting the ceiling fans or the emergency organizing of the closets and cupboards, lol!

Good morning all,
QOTD: for our 20th anniversary, we went on a cruise starting in Spain, then France and Italy.
Accountability: so far so good...if really helps reporting on this menu thread by pre-planning my meals and sticking to it. As you can see by my ticker, I have only lost about 9lbs over the last couple of months. Most likely because I was trying to 'wing it' each day and let my carb and calorie count slip higher and higher.
CAMAW - RNY 9 months out - today's weight 176.4 (down 3.4lbs since Monday)
B: Cafe Bella Coffee
S: Deli Turkey
L: Lemon Chicken Thighs
S: Beef Jerky
D: Chicken Fajita Strips
S: Beef Jerky
Patches on, on track for water goal
Have a great day!

Hello everyone,
CAMAW is going well and I think I've lost the water weight I've been carrying around all week. Now to get down below my lowest (171). I'm at 171.2 this morning.
QOTD: We just bought tickets for the whole fam (5 of us) to travel to Brazil in March. Holy balls was that expensive! Husbands family is from there and we haven't been for 9 years. Furthest from home I've been would probably be Tanzania. I traveled for work but then took a mini safari by myself. I've never had so much fun!
CAMAW day 3:
B: coffee with whole fairlife milk
L: going out with a friend. Picked a place where I could order plain eggs with cheese.
S: HB egg or greek yogurt.
D: turkey meatloaf
S: chicken sausage (if I need it)
Might have to start the miralax pretty soon...
Good morning,
The exercises really bother my hip last night. Plus I can not sleep on my left side so sleeping is rough. I found myself on my stomach last night. I never sleep that way.
Qotd farthest south was Orlando Florida and west was Minneapolis Minnesota.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D unstuffed cabbage rolls and coleslaw
That is why I'm CAMAW. I love my coffee and it really has to have premier protein in it!!
