I've been having a horrible time this fall with seasonal allergies... otherwise I've been pretty healthy since my March WLS.
Accountability:
I ate leftovers for dinner last night rather than my planned shrimp ****tail but it wasn't too horrific on my daily macros.
6 mo post RNY/150 (still!)/ Weight Loss Stage
B- I had a mug of protein chai latte when I got up to let Neville out, then Chia seed pudding. The two combined gave me a whopping 61g of protein!
MS- Protein Chai Latte (grass fed whey, cream, Stash brand green chai tea, Truvia, dash of honey)
L- 4.5 oz Shrimp ****tail
AS- skipping or string cheese
D- left over venison curry and kale salad
ES- Protein Chai latte
Total Calories: 865, Protein: 142, Carbs:56, Sugar: 9, Fat: 15
Exercise:
I've been struggling this week with a crazy work schedule and a crowded house filled with little kids, out of town guests (who brought a little kid and a 12 week old puppy), dogs, and way too little space! But I have managed to bike into the office three times this week! Today was a bike day, and after work I'm hoping to go lift weights before I head back to my home in the north!
Here's my photo - I tried three times to snap a quick selfie in the work restroom but kept having people walk in. So this is an awkward snap LOL!

Hello everyone,
QOTD: I do get sick less now but I this year I caught the flu before getting my flu shot.
I finally made it back to work today. I'm feeling a little better but now I'm completely wiped! I still don't have much of an appetite but I will post my menu for the day. So far I've had breakfast and a small snack but i'm looking forward to dinner.
B: 2eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey
S: 2oz turkey
D: either shrimp or tuna, 1/3C broccloi rabe
S: osrtim meat stick

Happy friday, well i must end this challenge at lunch today, I am heading out of town to Niagara.
I promise to do my best at dinner to stick to protein as much as I can :)

I must say I have NOT been hungry on this challenge, it's been a great experience.
