Yes used to I couldnt wear boots because even the wide calf ones were so tight they looked ridiculous. Now I have a tough time finding any as tiny as my legs. A totally unexpected problem for sure.

Good morning! I'm glad it's Friday.

Menu: B: protein shake, 35g protein, 1g fat, 0 sugar.

MS: 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt, mixed with about 1/3 cup frozen strawberry/cherry mix. When I put the frozen berries into the 1/2 cup container it fills it, but when it melts, the amount is more between 1/4 and 1/3 cup. It's about 4 of each berry plus whatever juice melts out.

L: Same as B

AS: Same as MS

Supper: Unknown, but protein forward.

ES: I'm going out for coffee with my wife and a dear friend tonight, so I'll have just my decaf. If I feel like a treat of some kind, I'll go to the bathroom and slap myself silly first and go back to sit down. Or find something there in the coffee shop that might be protein rich, but I highly doubt that so option A is more likely.

QOTD: I've had only one cold that has lingered for 6 weeks but is now on the way out. It was bad. Surgery was at the end of February, and I did notice that while everyone else in the house had varying degrees of flu/cold/ebola all summer, I managed to escape unscathed until the end of August. I don't often get sick anyway, but I seem to have a boosted immune system between the weight loss and the vitamins. I'm alright with that.

This weekend I'm tearing down my performance drums (I have a separate kit for the kids and my drum students to mash away on without damaging my babies). They need a complete overhaul of some worn parts, cleaning, regreasing and polish. Each cymbal, stand, drum and all hardware on the drum gets taken off right down to the shell. It takes an entire weekend, and my house smells like cleaner product but it's worth it.

QOTD: I never get anything that everyone else has. It is always something weird and out of season-like ebola.

Breakfast: Bacon wrapped pear and havarti slices (4 slices bacon. 1/3 fresh pear and 2 slices havarti cheese)

Snack 1: Hushwee-hamburger with cinnamon + pinenuts + onions and tzaki (like 1/4th cup + grape leaves)

Lunch: a wee bit of chili+ meat+ beans and cheese (like 1/2th cuP)

Snack2 (rest of hushwee (i.e. 1/4 cup))

Dinner: pot roast meat + root veggies

Snack 3: sweet baloney (one slice)

Before bed snack: 2 oz pot roast meat.

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

Good morning everyone So happy it's Friday! I have a lot to do, so this will be quickie today.

QOTD - I rarely get sick anymore and I attribute that to having quit smoking 9 years ago. My entire immune system changed and dramatically improved. I haven't noticed a difference since surgery though.
