I just recently came across the Epic chicken sriracha bar and I love the stats but haven't tried it yet. What do you think of them? Review please!

another class this morning. this is really starting to wear me down. How do teachers do this 6-8 hours a day, all year long? (well, most of the year, anyway). Being on stage all the time is exhausting! Two long classes tomorrow (actually 90 minutes each, not 75 as I reported yesterday), then another Thursday morning. It'll start slowing down a bit after this week, though. I think I only have three next week. Whew.
QOTD: I don't think I'll ever feel like I've "got this". I live in constant fear of gaining the weight back. I know if I stay around 1700 calories a day, I'll stay where I am. But as generous as that seems (compared to some of my fellow OH'ers), even that can be tough some days. And if I wasn't vigilant about weighing, measuring, and logging, I'd be going over all the time. This will be a life-long thing....
accountability was fine yesterday
2 years 4 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt, mango & peach pieces, 8 raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie protein/Miralax shake
L: 1 C chili with 1 T plain Greek yogurt
D: ear of corn for sure - maybe turkey meatballs?
F&L yogurt or frozen protein pudding pop later if I can afford the calories
QOTD:I do have this, however I have been not vigilant and have gained 10-12 pounds back partly due to emergency hernia surgery and twisted bowel 2 1/2 months ago. The dr advised me to bump up my calories to at least 1200 and get as much prot as possible after so that is what I did and bam, the pounds came back fast. I'm having some body image issues due to this and I don't like that my pant fit differently (or not at all!!). It's really messing with my mind and although I am not overweight at 130 by any means, it does scare me and upset me. as an upside, I'm no longer being told I'm 'too thin, too tiny' so that kind of is good, I'm just generally not happy with the change and makes me angry at my surgeon.
Food for today:
gizzards
egg whites
decaf
jello
Calories yesterday 965, 144 prot

Good Morning! We have some bad fires in CA with lots of evacuations so I am saying prayers for all involved from those evacuating to the firefighters that are coming from all over to help.
Accountability: I had an unplanned banana and granola-type bar last night.
QOTD: Nope, not even for a second. I am not sure if I want that to change though for fear that I'd become complacent-I don't know if that makes sense.

Those wild fires are awful!! It's really going to affect the wineries for years to come, I'm afraid. Very sad situation, both with lost lives, and the economic impact this will have on so many!

I didn't realize they were hitting the wine country so hard, but just read about it after seeing your post. DS was there until just about a year ago. Seems like our country has been hit by one disaster after another this year.
