getting in 64 oz of water
I was just wondering if anyone has any tips/tricks they use for this? Like a special bottle or a timer...? I am drinking water but I don't think I'm hitting 64.
Thanks!

Protein shakes and decaf coffee. I also drank through the night. That's how I did it.
Always carry around a bottle (not one of those little 16 ounces ones, get a bigger bottle) with you everywhere... I have a 32 ounce one on my desk... I fill it 2-3 times a day... in the morning I fill up a different 24 ounce bottle with flavored water (and frequently my Miralax), AND I make a 24 ounce mug of decaf... both come with me, and on the drive to work, I drink that entire 24 ounces...
I get over 100 ounces during the week... sometimes not quite that much on the weekends, but it's to the point of habit that now if I don't have my 'special' bottle with me, I get panicky and have to stop and buy a bottle.
I don't know how far out you are, but as time passes you'll be able to drink more/faster.

I have a 40 ounce hydro flask. I drink 3 of them a day, 120 oz. I drink whenever I walk by it and my goal is 20 ounces before breakfast. I use lemon juice in my water. I feel like it really quenches my thirst.
Good luck! Before you know it, it will become a habit.
I use a sports bottle. I Don't know why, but it worked for me. I hated them pre op! Also, I could only drink room temp water for quite a while. And only flavoured.
You don't have to hit your targets super early out from surgery, but your goal should be to drink a little more each day.
I'd also suggest taking the guess work out of it, so you will worry a little less.
To know how much you're getting, I suggest measuring your regular glass or cup. that way, you know that if you drink x glasses, you're getting so many ounces total. I.e. My water bottle holds 750 ml. My morning coffee mug, 300ml.
another thing I did (once I was a bit further out) was decide that I had to drink a full bottle of water before each meal. Most of the time I don't even have to think about it now. But if I'm about to eat lunch and notice my water bottle isn't empty, I fini**** before starting to eat.
good luck! Just keep at it!

I use a 32 oz cup and make sure I drink a minimum of 2 a day (I usually exceed that). Coffee is in addition.

I have a 24oz bottle from Walmart I drink out of every day. I fill it once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. I use those little liquid squeeze flavouring sometimes. I use a zero cal Strawberry Lemonade Crystal Light and a zero cal Fruit Punch Koolaid sometimes. I put lots of ice in my water to make it more appetizing to drink.

I use a water reminder and tracker on my phone. I also use a bottle that can hold at least 500ml (16 oz??). I start my day by drinking a whole bottle. I don't eat until it's done. This gets me committed to drinking my water for the day. I eat then 30-60 minutes later I drink my second bottle. Sometimes it takes longer than others to get that whole bottle in. I try for at least 1-2 bottles in the afternoon and one in the evening. I get about 2.5-3L (80-100oz) that way. I don't drink coffee or tea, but sometimes I have protein shakes or light hot chocolate. I don't count that in my totals though, it's just bonus :)
