What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
Hi RNY'ers. I've gotta say I'm frustrated with the scale- and it left me searching for reasons that may point to something other than me being responsible for how its been reading.So I realized that my PCP changed my thyroid med dose in August (the last dose was making be hyperactive), weight has pretty much been consistently up from my comfort zone since. I'm not naive enough to believe that's the sole cause- there are eating habits I need to (am) work on-- but I'm not getting any firm traction either. Frustrating. I've got two more weeks before I can retest the thyroid function- I'm hoping its at least normal, so the dose doesn't need to be tinkered with again.
QOTD: First job: Ride operator at an amusement park- the kiddie swings. I think my pay was $4.25/hour

I'm late today but not as late I have been lately.
QOTD: I started working when I was 11 yrs old. I delivered the local advertisement newspaper and was lawns.
Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3 oz turkey breast
S: 1 1/2 oz turkey, 1/2oz proscuitto
D: 2 oz sirloin steak, 2oz grilled pork, 1/2C broccoli rabe

First: Tea with Vanilla protein powder - for some reason this didn't sit well with me this morning, so I only finished about a quarter of it.
