Ohhhhh, girl. All is forgiven, today is a new day. We've got this!..... That being said, I went way over my calories yesterday, BUT at least it was all healthy and protein forward. Time to reign it back in though! Hope today is a better day for both of us

QOTD: I am a summer baby! Born in the summer and the hotter the better!!

IN the interest of full accountability, I ate popcorn unbuttered at the movie theatre Saturday. It was a couple of handfuls which were heavenly but nonetheless, I did not exceed my calories for the day since it was less than 100 calories worth.

Today:

Decaf coffee with fairlife 40 calories 4 grams protein

Kroger ff greek yogurt peach 80 calories 14 grams protein

vegetarian faux beef crumbles mixed in with egg beaters, riced cauliflower and lf swiss cheese

190 calories 28 grams protein

1 baby bel cheese lite 60 calories 7 grams protein

Dinner: Roast turkey with gravy and spinach? 140 calories and 20 grams protein

Snack? unsure but probably another yogurt 80 calories and 14 grams protein

Protein: 87 grams , calories: 590 and water lots of it

Hello menu friends -

Not having a great day. Got my errands ran this morning and then went to my nail appointment with my aunt. It took us over 2 hours to get mani / pedi's because the wife of the husband / wife owned shop decided to sleep in this morning....then when we went to leave I realized that my keys had fallen out of my purse and were laying on my car seat in my locked car. That was a $48.00 mistake.

QOTD: My favorite seasons are Spring and Fall...love them both.

I have been up 23 1/2 hours and I am going to finish my post, eat my smoked salmon and take a nap.

Today's menu:

B - scooters skinny sugar free Iced coffee

L - Smoked salmon, 35 grams spinach

D - 3.5 oz Tilapia

S - iced coffee, 1/4 Scoop protein powder,SF creamer

Calories - 362, Protein - 54, Carbs - 25

Hi all... Late post today been a busy one... Happy Birthday Teena!!!!!! Today was a busy day at work or this whole week will be next week I am off to Vegas for a conference so I am trying to get two weeks of work done in one. Tomorrow I have my 18 month appointment with my surgeon and nutritionist so I am curious to see how that goes and also tomorrow is my 25th wedding anniversary. Still can't believe I have been married for that long.

QOTD: I am partial to spring and fall because the weather is not to hot and not to cold it is just right. Boy I sounded like baby bear there didn't I?

Food for the day:

B: bacon and banana. Coffee with premier

L: pepperoni and cheese

S: Oikos Triple Zero Cherry Yogurt

D: Ham, cheese, pickles and cucumbers
