What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning and hope everyone is having a great day! It's my birthday and I'm feeling great! 45 is awesome- especially Post RNY.
QOTD- what's your favourite season? I know we've covered this before but we have a lot of new people. I personally love summer, Spring second and fall third. So far our September has been gorgeous for weather.
Accountability: I did okay yesterday, Saturday was awesome.

L: Leftover porkchop
D: I think Chilli. Hubby and son are working so Birthday celebrations are done already. :) I have my 6 month follow up today- my centre is 2 months behind. Have a great day everyone!

Happy birthday Teena!!
Nothing much planned today. I think at lunch I will take a walk to find the building where I have a big meeting tomorrow. Unless it is raining, which I'm now remembering might be in the forecast.
QOTD: I would say I love spring and fall, and up until about Christmas in the winter. After that it usually gets super cold here for a while until about the end of March. I don't mind snow but now that I'm working it will be harder to keep everything clear on a daily basis. Hopefully it will only snow on weekends lol!!
Post-op two years, six months.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, yogurt
Lunch - chicken
Snack - Greek yogurt, nuts
Snack - pepperoni, cheese stick
Dinner - tbd... We have a few leftovers but I don't know if it's enough for both of us
Snack - protein shake if needed
All water and vits.
