Hello Everyone
I am new here I had RNY Gastric Bypass surgery done back in July of 2012 I lost 100 pounds from 310 pounds and I have gained some weight back . I am living in a group home I have Autism. I have lived in a group home since December of 2014 I was living with my mom when I had the Gastric bypass surgery done.Last year in August and September I was in the hospital because my stomach twisted and my staples was leaking plus I was in the hospital back in October because I had an infection. My main trouble is I have Diarrhea or Dumping a lot and I get the foamies. When I have the Foamies it is hard for me to eat. Does anyone else get Diarrhea or dumping and does anyone get the foamies

Hi Channing!
Dumping usually happens when you have something with too much sugar in it. If you avoid sugary foods (which you should do anyway), do you notice that the dumping improves?

Hi Channing, welcome.
I'm sorry you had such a rough go of it.
The others have given you some good advice; try to make sure you eat only low sugar foods (my center says under 10 grams per meal), and eat slowly and chew like mad.
Good luck.
