What's on your Sunday Menu RNYers?

Good Morning Erin and Menu Family!
It's supposed to get up to 93 degrees here today. Summer's having one last fling! I need to get out and take the dogs for a walk early before it gets too hot.
QOTD: I am, of course, very grateful for my surgery, weight loss and how much healthier I feel and am. But besides that I am SO grateful for my daughter! I was 37 when she was born and I thought I was going to miss out on having kids. It's a miracle I got pregnant in the first place, a miracle I didn't miscarry, a miracle she was born normal... she is my miracle baby for too many reasons to go into here. She and I are so close and she is my best friend now at age 23.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 82, Calories - 965, Carbs - 82.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: tomato, roast beef & light miracle whip in 45 cal bread sandwich
D: pulled chicken
S: light & fit Greek yogurt, banana
E: Walking the dogs around the subdivision
Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!

Good morning :)
We have an exciting day planned -- first we are going to probably buy a new stove we have been eyeing for months. Then we are going to help friends who just moved and go for dinner. Sometimes being an adult is weird ;) I didn't used to get excited about appliances lol!!
Accountability: mostly on plan yesterday with a few added protein items. No food was served at the farm as the boys were put to work. Thankfully I had my food to nibble on while they worked -- removing a massive built in fireplace. We did get to explore the barn and see the sheep... And... The barn cat had kittens!! They like to play hide and seek in all the barn stuff but I caught this little one:
QOTD: I'm grateful for my family. We are pretty close knit and I know I can rely on them to help as much as they possibly can and I would return the favour. DHs family isn't quite as close but we try to see them when we can.
Post-op two years, five months.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - turkey sausage
Lunch - possibly chicken
Snack - Greek yogurt, nuts
Dinner - restaurant *new place we are trying
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Good morning all! Yesterday was so much fun! I was not really looking forward to the White House but really did end up having fun. However, the silliness at Madame Tussaud's was great just an over all great day. The weather was not the greatest but that did not matter we still had fun.
Today we are off the the Air and Space Museum.
Food.. Well yesterday was not bad with the exception of small drink I had the Hard Rock Cafe but I made sure that the rest of my menu allowed for it.
Today's food is little up in the air because we have not idea where we are eating yet.
Have a great day every one...

Good morning menu friends.
I am working again today, after work I am joining friends at a lake to camp with them overnight. I cant wait to sit by the campfire and visit with them. I am planning on having a drink with them but as you will see in my menu it is planned for.
Accountability - I ate on plan yesterday with the exception of one of my snacks (smoked Salmon) - I got busy at work and didn't have time to eat it.
QOTD: Like most everyone else posted I am grateful for my surgery and my very supportive family and friends. I am also grateful that I have so much more energy - even after working a 12 hour shift I still have energy to stop at the store and pick up groceries - something I never would do at my heaviest. My feet were way to tired and to sore to walk around a store for anything. I just wanted to get home and get off of them and put them up.
Menu:
B - iced coffee with 1/2 scoop protein powder and SF Creamer
B2 - Emiepie's egg salad
L - 2.2 oz. Smoked Salmon, small spinach salad
D - 4 oz. Tilapia, cucumber (80 gm.)
S1 - 2.3 oz. Smoked Salmon
S2 - 2.8 oz. Shrimp w/ ****tail sauce
S3 - 1/2 bag (17.5 gm.) peppered beef jerky
1 oz. tequila with Diet Sierra Mist (16.9 oz.)
Calories - 664, Protein - 97, Carbs - 20

Good morning everyone,

QOTD: I am so grateful for for my WLS and all of the support from my family, friend and coworkers.
