Chilly day here in Illinois too but Lily and I have our 3.7 miles in and will do another mile after supper. Some nights she takes a break and doesn't go but I will walk anyway. Plans today are cleaning house and working cleaning camper to get ready to head out Tuesday afternoon. Debating whether to take the scale as we'll be gone three weeks and not weighing for that long makes me nervous. However we did a week and a half trip one time and I came home exactly the same weight. I eat mostly like I do at home and probably walk more than normal. I'll have to think on it. QOTD I remember watching shows after Princess Diana was killed but don't remember much about the event or what I was doing. Accountability was good with planned food the only thing I ate. Post op 5 years and weight at 118.2 today. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chili with cheese D 31/2 oz pork cutlet 1/2 c italian green beans S 5 oz Greek yogurt with 1 T granola. Good Morning Daisy and protein peeps.

QOTD: I just remember my girlfriend calling me and telling me to turn on the TV. When I was in France in May, I saw where the accident happened, people still put flowers there.

M1: latte, eggbeaters, bacon, lite mozzarella

M2: Bulgar Wheat, ½ scoop chai protein

M3: chicken Skewer green beans

M4: TJ Mahi burger, cheese, avocado

S: egg and flax muffin(pre-workout) passion tea w/coconut milk, PB on spoon, protein hot Choconite

ex: swim, gym with trainer

OOTD: In my swim suit already trying to get every moment to swim and float in the sunshine. Sat Sunday call for cold overcast and rain. Last night did 50 laps after trainer canceled on me. That's my record.

I look like a bobble head :/
