Good morning! Hope everyone is having a nice start to their week so far.
accountability: went a little bit over my limit with calories on snacks that I apparently just had to have. Nothing catastrophic (mostly pistachios and Parmesan whisps) but I need to reign it in today.
qotd: that's a tough one! My top three locations would be Egypt, Mexico, Cambodia. I'm leaning toward Cambodia where the big temples are built. It would be so incredible to see how they were put together.
B- choc pp blended with ice
L- going to be on the run today possibly. Maybe part of a burger patty. Depends on where I end up
D- Italian chicken sausage with zoodles
S- whisps, maybe pickles

Hello Everyone!
I'm back! Went to vo sir family in Rochester, NY last week and I'm back and starting to think of that dreaded phrase.... back to school.
Accountability: I did pretty well while gone. I had more cheese, nuts and calories than usi but I made sure it was all protein forward and recorded in my fitness pal. When I'm driving long distances I need snacks so I had a lot of cheese crisps, quest chips and veggies on hand and it worked ok. I came back at the same weight I left at so o consider that a win!
QOTD: hmmm that would require research cause I'm really not sure. Maybe Eygpt.
B: decaf, pp and sf torani
L: grilled chicken with balsamic, sun dried tomato, olives and sautéed spinach.
S: PB2 mixed and put on celery, tuna w/ no calorie dressing
D: Sirloin
