Onward and Downward!

Thanks! To be honest, I really don't feel overwhelmed. I did feel that way prior to surgery, but now I am in the losing groove and know that it's just a matter of time! I am actually quite zen about all this now, and continue to enjoy every small victory along the way!

Wahhhhoooooooo!!! Congrats to you. That is HUGE. So HUGE!!! I still remember what it felt like to look down at the scale reading 299, rather than 301.4lbs!! I'm so happy for you, can you tell? haha!

I only allow myself to think in terms of 10lb increments. If I look at how far I have to go, I get so scared and know my track record. I think it's all self-fulfilling prophecy at this point. If we keep doing daily what we know we must, the process/system works. You GOT this--one step at a time! ((hugs))
