Congratulations! Huge milestone. That was a big one for me. It's when I started to realize this might actually be possible.
And it is every bit as awesome as getting below 200!

Great accomplishment and congratulations. I agree with Skinny Scientist. If you set smaller goals along the way, you'll feel that sense of accomplishment and not get so overwhelmed. When I started out i worked on wl goals of 25 lbs. at a time, and then when the number to go got smaller, I dropped that to 10 lb goals. For exercise, when I started I could barely do 5 minutes on the treadmill at 2 mph. I gradually increased that as well.
