I love them! Some people think they are a little dry and depending on which kind of meat you are getting they can be. I have found a trick to making the dryer ones like the turkey and chicken taste good. I just stick it my pocket for a few minutes before opening up the package. When it warms up just a tad it makes it more moist. My favorite flavor so far is the beef & elk teriyaki. It has a little bit of a vinegar flavor which I love! I am a big lover of all kinds of vinegar.

My friend bought it for me last week and I fell in love with it! It is a little salty for me so I use it sparingly.

I hear you about going to bed at 3 am. I haven't worked in over 20 years and I still go to bed at 3 or later! It's been my lifestyle for so many years, I don't even want to try and change it to regular people time.

Good morning! I'm doing well this dreary morning. My training yesterday was very interesting which is not the norm, usually bored to tears. But, my word, sitting for 8 hours was brutally uncomfortable! Shifting and squirming in my seat and had to keep getting up. I could not wait to get out of there! I have trouble sitting still in a movie theater anymore and that is only 2 hours. My rear is just not as padded as it used to be and It is killing me!

Accountability - My pouch was not happy last night so I had 2 Popsicles instead of dinner

QOTD - I really need to go through my moms things...I haven't touched them since the day I brought them home. I set up her desk and put out some pictures and knick knacks, but I have boxes of stuff still sitting where they landed that day...I want to honor her, but I can't even bring myself to go though her desk and clean and organize it. I keep looking at in though..It's an old secretary style desk. It's beautiful. I found her eye glasses in there last time I opened it and I had to shut the top fast and walk away. It's strange. A bunch of old stuff and papers, but a lot of mementos also. I'll get there.

Good morning menu friends

I've been MIA for a while. I got back from camping late on Sunday and had to work days 7 -7 on Monday day and Tuesday. Then on Tuesday after work I picked up my 2 nieces so I could keep them a couple days again. So I have bee extremely busy, and I love it. I love that I have the energy to keep up with a very active 2 year old.

Accountability - I have stuck to my plan everyday with the exception of a Medium skinny Iced coffee from Scottter's yesterday. I was at 809 calories and 43 carbs and 78 protein for the day. That was my worst day and it wasn't horrible.

I only have 7 pounds to lose to get to onederland. I can't wait to get there.

QOTD : I really need to exercise. I pretty much get 10,000 steps, but do not do any formal exercise at all yet.

Menu:

B1 - 1/2 protein powder , with iced coffee

B2 - smoked salmon

L - Shrimp, ****tail sauce, Spinach, mini cucumber, grape tomatoes

D - canned buffalo chicken, cucumber

S- 1/2 Protein powder, with iced coffee

S2 - smoked salmon

Calories - 574, Protein - 88, Carbs - 29

Have a great day everyone!!

Tammy
