Good morning! Hope everyone is well rested and ready to face another day. I had to drug myself with benedryl last night so I could get to sleep. For some reason I can't get my brain to shut off at night and it's been making it hard to fall asleep lately. I think I'll start doing my guided meditations again before sleeping.
accountabilit: stayed the course all day but I did go over my calorie limit last night because I just had to have an extra snack. There are a lot of worse things than Greek yogurt and freeze dried raspberries though so I don't feel terrible about it but I need to stay inside my 600 limit so I can get the scale to move.
QOTD: I really need to - stop and smell the roses. I feel like I've been so stressed and overwhelmed by the random facets of life that I am worked up about all of the what if's and the coulds, shoulds and woulds. I need to just take a step back and BREATHE. It's so hard to do that though. So much to do and so little time hahaha.

Glad you found the pumpkin pie yogurt! I might experiment with adding pumpkin pie spice to plain yogurt too :)
Ohhh...I might try that and use butternut squash. I grow the stuff and I'm about to be buried in it. It tastes so similar to pumpkin, it just may work
should work - just roast it and puree it. Now that I think about it, I think I added a brown sugar/Splenda blend as a sweetener (I would have added an artificial sweetener that tasted like brown sugar, but I couldn't find one - I just found the blends). At the end of last fall I picked up some maple syrup flavoring or extract. This year I'll put some of that in in addition to Splenda or stevia - then I might not need the brown sugar flavor, and thus, I can punt the blend (and make it lower calorie/less sugar)
I do actually have some Splenda brown sugar. Ooohhh I'm going to add pecans.
This is getting gourmet.

I had to fast last night for lab work this morning. Having my coffee now.
QOTD I really need to get this binge eating under control.
Accountability I didn't have my cheeseburger last night since I had dinner late but snuck in skinny pop popcorn before I had to fast.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D cheeseburger no bun, asparagus and strawberry shortcake without the shortcake
S cheeseburger no bun

QOTD: I am with you Daisy, I need to get to bed earlier. After working 2nd and 3rd shift for 15 years my body got so used to staying up late. It's 13 years later and I still can't shake it. If I had it my way I would going to bed at 3am. I also need to get more exercise in. It's getting a little bit easier on my knees as continue to lose.
Accountability:I stayed 100% on plan yesterday.
B:2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S:2oz turkey breast
D: 3 1/2 oz ground sirloin taco meat with, a dab of guacamole, and TJ's chili/lime seasoning
