Good morning Menu crew. Brisk morning by the Lake and Mountains this morning.

Accountability - good, but I ate too late last night. When DW works her shift in the ER I always meet her for supper ( she eats, I drive) and then I go home and eat. Last night I did not eat until 8 pm. I had a healthy dinner - baked cod, but ate too late. I think I will start to pack something for me to eat on nights when I met Joddie.

QOTD - I really need to learn - how to relax. I am always 100 miles an hour and have to be doing something. I am not sure of this is due to WLS and having more energy , or if it is my way of avoiding snacking/grazing?

B - Pure protein bar

S - Almonds -

L - white tuna and balsamic

S - Buddig meat

D - Chicken Divane

E - will get in 10,000 steps, not sure on gym or run, depends on weather.

Haven't lost much weight myself, but I know I keep myself busy after work to avoid snacking. I do feel like I want to have a lazy day but I try not to sit for more than an hour or so (maybe one episode of whatever I'm watching).

QOTD: There are so many things that I really need to do .... get organized, put Saralisa's baby pictures in albums, start painting again, sell off my collectibles so Saralisa won't have to deal with them when I die, etc.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 71, Calories - 890, Carbs - 87.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: lettuce, tomato, chicken, low cal dressing

D: hamburger patty with melted cheese

S: light & fit Greek yogurt, prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

E: walking Blossom around the subdivision
