Morning RNY'ers! Happy Friday. I just left my PCP and am at the lab doing my blood work. It felt good being called a 'responsible' bypass patient. Did my spin class this morning too- will head into work this afternoon. Weekend plans-- school shopping for the kids (clothes, not supplies). I seem to have an excess is supplied left from prior years- I don't think they'll need much. No other weekend plans.
Accountabilty: a spoiled yogurt yesterday led me a little astray replacing that meal. I replaced it with something I've been wanting to try- a peanut butter chocolate granola cup. It was good- but not something that can be a regular thing due to carb count.
Qotd: milk chocolate is my favorite, but if I eat chocolate I try to go for eat dark- supposedly healthier. Don't like white chocolate-- too sweet IMO. I like caramel or nuts in chocolate, but not fruit or cream.

m2: yogurt, berries
m3/4:? Maybe tuna, shrimp, tilapia- depending on what I have time to prepare
