What's on your menu (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?

Happy Friday! Man.. the day really got away from me! I've been go go go all day at work and haven't had a chance to check in on the menu thread. Ok, here we go -

accountability: did pretty good yesterday. Had part of a Greek yogurt and a couple pieces of moon cheese as a snack later in the evening (still within calorie limit) but other than that I stayed to plan

QOTD: DARK CHOCOLATE! I LOVE DARK CHOCOLATE!... Ok, really I like all chocolate except for white. It's too sweet for me I think. I especially like dark chocolate when it has sea salt with it - SO GOOD! I also really like weird combinations of things with chocolate. We have a couple of handmade chocolate shops here and there's always something unique like green tea chocolates or lavender chocolate, there's even a shop that makes a smoked salmon and curry chocolate, things you don't see everyday etc.... Can you tell that I like chocolate?!

B: decaf espresso with vanilla pp

L: was going to have my leftover tuna poke' but didn't get a break so I had protein water instead

D: tuna (from lunch haha)

S: the last laughing cow wedge (somebody at work keeps eating my cheese wedges! Tempted to leave a bill for them on the next round I buy to deter them. There's a whole fridge of food they can eat and they have to eat my tiny foods haha)

V: patches

E: leg still hurts! I got plenty of movement in today at work though.

B1: 3 s******presso with skim milk

B2: Large Dunkin donuts coffee with 3 creamer

B3: Homemade Beef and bean chili made in the instant pot with boatloads of green pepper, onions, and celery [I got 2.5 hrs of exercise coming up]

L: Expresso/cinnamon/cocoa powder dry rubbed steak and caprese salad with garden tomatoes, pesto, and mozella cheese

D: Braised rabbit over zoodles in a caper, shallot, dijon white-wine creme de fraiche sauce.

S: Buffalo ranch stuffed celery sticks

E: 2.5 hours of zumba + abs + pilates. It is a FUN gym day today...I am not a good dancer but I love the instructor and the music she playes

QOTD: Pre-op all dark chocolate. Post-op: I don't like chocolate and it makes me barf and rolls my stomach. The only chocolate I get is chocolate flavored protein powders and that is fine with me cuz I GET CHEESE!!

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
