No big plans for the weekend, just cutting the lawn and and doing some yard work with my nephew.
QOTD: I never ate a lot of chocolate but when i did it was milk chocolate. Especially in the form a Reese's peanut butter cup! :)
Accountability: I stayed 100% on plan yesterday.
B: 2 eggs, 1/2 slice of cheese, turkey breakfast sausage
L: 3oz turkey breast
Rest of the day is TBD but will definitely be protein forward.

Happy Friday! I'm so glad the weekend is here. My best friend at work just looked at me, asked me if I was sick and told me I look like crap. She's very observant, because I've been off all week. Hoping for a nice, quiet weekend. The only thing I have planned is dinner with friends for my friend's birthday (which was in July). We're going to a restaurant called Killer Shrimp, so I get to go and eat on plan. Win for me.
Accountability: I gave in to the demons yesterday. My assistant and file clerk took me to lunch for my birthday to a restaurant called Fat Sal's (I'm not joking). I could have been good and had one of their sandwiches turned into a salad, but I was not. I had philly cheesesteak fries . . . ribeye, grilled onions and cheese on french fries. So I ate the meat and cheese and a few of the fries. Paying for it today. Even three years post op, I still haven't learned that it's just not worth it to stray from what works for me.
DQOTD: I love chocolate and miss it sometimes. Milk, dark, white. I'm ok with some nuts, but not a fan of fruit in my chocolate. In reality, I'm a purist. Just give me a piece of good chocolate and I'm happy. The odd thing is, I don't like chocolate ice cream.
My plan:
B: 3 oz ground turkey, 1/4 c. riced cauliflower
L: yesterday my assistant brought in sliced turkey, salami, cheese, a veggie tray, etc. for my birthday. I plan on measuring out some meat and cheese and adding in a few carrots/pea pods
D: skirt steak and a 1/4 roasted sweet potato
S: Skinny latte, maybe some almonds if needed
Edited to add totals accountability, and comment re picture:
Cal: 822; Protein: 88g; Fat: 34g; Carbs: 38g. These totals actually suck for me, so I'll work things around. Also, I know I'll be hungry with
Picture of the day . . . this is going to sound horrible, but I've done absolutely nothing fun or picture worthy this summer. We've been incredibly busy at work so I haven't had a day off, I haven't taken vacation, or really gone out much. Stacy is super sad . . .
