What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
I've gotten used to the shape wear even in summer as otherwise the saggy skin is atrocious. Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in and will do another mile before it gets dark tonight. Accountability was good with no extra bites yesterday. Post op 4 years 11.25 months and weight at 118.2 today. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and 1 piece bacon D 31/2 oz taco meat with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. All the tacos yesterday got me in the mood too. So 3/4 c cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added apple butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! You've got this ladies (and men).

Good morning. Its going to be hot and humid in the PNW. Our air quality is not good. I am off work today, so I am staying inside. I have been getting rid of lots of things and organizing. I donated a truck full of stuff on Monday. I am turning my garage into a workout room. I am setting myself up to be successful this winter!
Yesterdays eating was good and on track. I have been feeling a little puffy in the evenings. I think its the heat. I bought a 40 oz hydro flask yesterday. My goal is to drink 3 a day.
B- 1 egg, 3 oz black forrest ham, 1 slice onion, 1/4 c. cottage cheese
L-4 oz shredded chicken breast with hot sauce

I am loving the scrambled eggs with cottage cheese. Thank you Liz!! Its so creamy, delicious and satisfying.
I am starting to get comments that I am to thin. I just smile, nod and say thank you. The thing is, when your fat people talk crap and when your thin people talk crap. Sometimes I don't like small town living. I wish I could be invisible. People commenting on my weight makes me very uncomfortable.
Have a great day everyone, thanks for letting me ramble.
I just started telling people "Oh, I'm done losing weight"... and then if they commented again that I looked thinner, I just shrug my shoulders and change the subject.
People are amazing, sometimes, what comes out of their mouths!

You are welcome (on the eggbeaters and cottage cheese). It's funny how something so simple can be so satisfying. It's a similar appeal with Emiepie's egg salad, though I do add spice and bacon to that.
I heard the "you are too thin - when are you stopping?" for about the last 30 pounds. Last night I was at a party with people who didn't know me before and I mentioned that I had lost over 100 pounds after WLS. Several of them commented that they never would have known I was ever that heavy and that some people look gaunt after that much weight loss, but that I just look healthy. So there!

Happy Wednesday everyone!
I kept trying to convince myself it was Thursday all morning long, so now I'm officially bummed that it's only Wednesday.
QOTD: I don't really drive myself crazy with panty lines. I do have certain underwear for certain pants, particularly white ones, where I don't want anything to show, but usually if I'm wearing something tight enough to really bring attention to panty lines, my shirt is usually longer.. but now I'm going to have to check it out more often and be sure I'm not sporting anything too bad on the bottom side!
Accountability: I had 4 crackers with my dinner last night, which was changed up and I ended up making more of Kelly's egg salad. These crackers are 12 g of carb for 16 crackers, so I only ended up adding 3 extra grams of carbs. There was whipped cream on my latte, and while I didn't account for it, it wasn't unplanned since I did buy the damned can of whipped cream a few days ago (it was on sale! Ha!)
I am SO SORE from working out! Did my legs on Monday, and they are still sore... and yesterday we worked on arms... so today I'm walking around very tenderly! No working out today since I have to take the girl child to the doc at lunch, but planning on core exercises on Thursday!
Weight this morning 138.2, almost 15 months out and going for a stretch goal of 133.
B: 2.4 ounces of deli ham and 1.1 ounces of this yummy pepperoni/marinara cheddar cheese I picked up at Aldi
S: 1 ounce of pepperoni
L: 3.5 ounces of low carb meatloaf I made the other day
D: Ribs! Hubby is finally making me some, and I'm so excited! (4 ounces, and a spoonful of cottage cheese, and most like a spoonful of beans if he makes those as well)
S: My latte, with whipped cream on top

Good Morning! We have made it to mid-week. Our weather has been a little cooler and at least there is the cooler chill to the air in the morning this week-it was rough last week when I would leave the house at 4a and it was over 80 degrees and humid already.
QOTD: Good question, I guess typically I prefer my clothes "roomy" so you can't really see the PL. I am working at getting clothes that fit better-but it's hard.
Time since surgery: 2 years, 11 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: SF latte, homemade Greek yogurt with strawberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig ham package and SF popsicle when I get home
D: Sweet Italian chicken sausage from Costco, side salad with skinny girl balsamic dressing, ¼ cup cottage cheese and SF chocolate pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip
E: 1 hour on stair-climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Have a great one!
"roomy" is not a bad thing, and again from a guys perspective.....leaves more to the imagination......( I am on a roll this morning)...LOL

Hi OHer's
QOTD undies... so I'll be 70 this year... I recently went through my drawers and bagged up old clothes for donation... the 'shapewear' I got rid of would qualify at an ironmaiden status...one of those one piece from the armpits to the knees devices(had to be 45 years old)! ...thongs I don't get(understad?) I don't understand how they could POSSIBLY be comfortable! or stay clean.. I mean they really look like 'why bother'! to me... so bikini briefs seem to cover the topic for me. tmi?
