hi things are fine.

Accountability: pork rinds and 3 squares of chocolate made it into my plan last night which put me over on calories. darn night time eating. I do know it was tiredness related. Very tired still working my energy back up from surgery- 3 weeks out thursday evening. its amazing to me how long it takes to recover from crap like this. I think I read 7 days for every day you are out? something like that

QOTD: even boyshorts can create a vpl. specially if you have a lot of booty to put in them. shapewear would fix the VPL if they are the shorts one. I've don't wear that though...

decaf

prot powder pancakes

iced prot latte

tomato soup with bacon /veg

maybe mussels?

yoga tonight- it is a special series with these yoga folks from florida. i can't wait- first day back!!

Daisy I have an addiction problem with underwear. I will buy ten pairs just trying new ones.

I did recently buy hipster underwear from Costco. They don't ride up. I have saddle bags and most underwear just take a ride.

These were like 9 bucks for six pairs. I am always looking for the fountain off youth with pretty much everything.

I stopped wearing shape wear in the summer. I had moments where I wanted to cut them off.

Learning to love or even just deal with the way my body feels sometimes is not always easy. But I figured if you are looking at my ass. Have a great look. And oh well if they feel my ass could look better. They can go screw themselves. Edited.

I've only worn shapewear with certain dresses... I just don't think I could handle it all of the time...

I really need a Costco in my life.

Morning pouch pals! I was just thinking how much I enjoy the drive to work in the summer- traffic is soooo much lighter. That peace ends in a few weeks. I feel bad for my kids- as they aren't in any camp or anything, but they aged out and I can't afford specialty camps. My younger is handling it ok- older could care less.

Qotd: I never paid much mind to pantylines before, but do now. I don't care for thongs- and even they are still visible. I've seen some god awful thong wearing no no's. I like hipster style that are seamless. I have some seamless boyshorts too. I do not wear shape wear.

I don't understand the thong wearing folks that wear the super low cut jeans and their thongs hang out the top...

I wear them, but not like I used to... that used to be all I wore before I gained all my weight. Now I have 2 pair, and while they are comfortable, I'm not sure that I should be wearing them anymore! LOL

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

I've had a great summer so far! I love it when the days are sunny until later at night and then the fireflies come out! I don't like winter's darkness, (it's depressing to me), and I am not looking forward to winter coming.

QOTD: I'm an old lady so I wear briefs underwear. (granny panties - LOL!) I never wear anything clingy or tight that would show visible panty lines. I usually wear jeans.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 73, Calories - 945, Carbs - 78.

B: Prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: chili cheese dog

D: beef pot roast

S: light & fit Greek yogurt

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Good morning :)

We are off to go sightseeing today as my conference is over. Our presentation went really well yesterday -- we were part of a bigger session and we had so many people show up that they had to bring in extra chairs.

QOTD: I can't contribute to this at all... I'm terrible for this. The only thing I check is that the pattern doesn't show through my clothes. When I went to try on my wedding dress you could see the pattern so I made sure to wear something plain on the day :)

Lunch - restaurant tbd

Dinner - restaurant

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.
