well, I'm officially half the woman I used to be. This is wild. As I posted in the 50plus BMIForum, Reaching a goal like this was too abstract, too much, and too far away for me to consider when I started out. But here we are. To be honest, the changes are starting to get a little overwhelming. Like I need a pause button to get my bearings.
But definitely don't want a pause button at the same time hahha.
accountability: good, a little carby but that's because of fresh berries, and beans from the garden.
Menu:
B: I'm out of premiere protein, so I think I'll have a protein bar. Not a huge fan, so no chance of triggering cravings hahaha but it gets the job done.
L: leftover steak and beans
D: sausage with mushrooms and onions I think.
S: strawberries with skyr.
