What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
ok quicky for me.
Accountability: scale is going down two good days of losing from surgery puffiness. I didn't eat crap yesterday, pretty much everything on my 'plan'. and in MFP. I changed my calories to be 1200 in there and mentally I think that was a good choice as there isn't a panic that sets in about 600 calories that tells me I'm almost tapped out.
QOTD: tylenol when i need it but that also is not good for liver so I try not to take it.
Today's food:
leftover ribs from last night
yogurt
protein pancakes
cottage cheese
already on second decaf coffee
iced decaf with PP later today
tons of mint majesty tea from teavana (I ordered)
My day today is boring--no fun trip planned just work around the house here. Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in already and will do another mile near sundown. QOTD I use Tylenol now and a product I found when I had my knee replacements years ago--it's called Biofreeze. It works great but I have very few painful days since I weigh about 160 pounds less. Post op 4 years 11.25 months and weight at 118 today. Accountability was good yesterday but I missed a meal so just had a meal sized snack before bed. Didn't get enough fluids yesterday as I was traveling and didn't take enough with me so I'll definitely watch that today. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with guacamole D 31/2 oz lamb strips 1/2 c cucumber salad S 3/4 c cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar apple butter.
